Hi, I’m Philip Kerr, a certified Revenue Architect, Fractional CRO, and Executive Coach with over 12 years of experience leading high-performing sales teams, shaping go-to-market strategies, and driving sustainable growth across a range of industries.
My career includes working with some of the most prominent SaaS companies in the Nordics, including Lime Technologies (CRM), Winningtemp (HR Tech), and SalesScreen (Sales Gamification). These roles gave me a front-row seat to what it takes to scale quickly, guide teams through change, and help build companies designed to last.
Originally from Sweden and now based in Norway, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the Nordic markets. Over the past decade, I’ve collaborated with more than 300 companies to bring marketing, sales, and customer success into alignment, creating one cohesive, high-performing growth engine.
My roots in software sales go back to the pre-SaaS era, which means I’ve witnessed the industry’s evolution firsthand. That perspective has helped me support companies through funding rounds, team scaling, international expansion, and IPO preparation.
With the shift away from the growth-at-all-costs mindset, sustainable and smart scaling has become the focus. This change inspired me to start my own company in 2025, to provide flexible, senior-level revenue leadership when it matters most, without the commitment of a full-time executive hire.
Today, I combine data-driven strategy with people-first leadership to help founders and revenue teams grow with clarity, confidence, and control.
