The questions leaders arrive with
Underneath them all sits one question: how do you unlock the unused potential that already exists in yourself, your leaders, your teams and your organisation? In practice, it usually sounds like one of these.
The answers rarely sit in one place. They sit in the system: the commercial structure the organisation runs on, and the human capacity of the people running it. That's why this work combines Revenue Architecture — the operating model for scalable, predictable revenue — with performance psychology. Not one or the other. Both.
Performance Capacity™
Performance Capacity describes what it takes for individuals, teams and organizations to perform at a high level as complexity, uncertainty and pressure increase.
Results are never created directly. They emerge from the interaction between three layers: a stable core, trainable capabilities, and an environment that either amplifies or suppresses them. Performance is built from the inside out, and the model is strongly grounded in performance psychology.
Every engagement, whether with an individual founder, a leadership team or an entire organization, is a different application of the same model. The commercial side has a structure of its own: Revenue Architecture — the operating model for scalable, predictable revenue — lives inside the Systems component of the environment. Execution is the outcome. Performance Capacity is the mechanism.

You cannot outperform your system
Your current results are the sum of the system you operate within today. You have the strategy, the process and the team. And yet, somewhere between the plan and the result, it leaks.
A rep who knows what to do but defaults to old habits under pressure.
A leader still carrying what the team should own.
An organisation that mistakes motion for progress.
If you want different results, you first need a different system. So we work on what you can control — your decisions, behaviours, capacity and systems — and build the conditions for new behaviour, stronger execution and better business performance. The business results follow.

The commercial outcomes
Coaching is the method. Business performance is the goal.
Human capacity and commercial capability are built together — and the result should be visible in the pipeline, on the P&L and in how the organisation executes. Engagements are designed around outcomes you can measure.
Revenue growth
A commercial engine that produces revenue predictably, quarter after quarter.
Larger pipeline
More qualified opportunities, created by structure and cadence rather than heroics.
Better forecasting
Forecasts leadership can trust, built on shared process and honest data.
Higher conversion rates
Deals won at a higher rate because execution holds when the pressure is on.
Faster execution
A shorter path from decision to action, with fewer priorities and clearer ownership.
Stronger leaders and teams
Self-leading individuals and high-performing teams that carry the ambition themselves.
Case: Scaling under pressure
“Structure can feel rigid. In practice, it creates flexibility.”

Performance Capacity describes what it takes for individuals, teams and organizations to perform at a high level as complexity, uncertainty and pressure increase. It is the philosophy behind all of my work, strongly grounded in performance psychology: a stable core, trainable capabilities, and an environment that supports them.
Revenue Architecture is an operating model for building scalable, predictable revenue: how strategy, process, data and structure fit together across the customer journey. In the Performance Capacity model it lives inside the Systems component of the environment. I hold a Certified Mastership in Revenue Architecture and combine it with performance psychology — the commercial structure and the human capacity to run it.
Performance coaching helps revenue teams build the clarity, ownership and behavioural consistency needed to execute under pressure.
This is for founders, CEOs, CROs, leadership teams and commercial teams in companies where growth, complexity or pressure has created a gap between potential and consistent execution.
Sales training teaches skills and process. Performance coaching builds the human capacity to apply those skills consistently when it's hard. Most teams don't have a knowledge gap. They have an execution gap.
Building a scalable sales organisation, executing strategy consistently, unlocking more capacity across people and teams, and growing without burning people out. Under those sit the day-to-day symptoms: inconsistent execution, weak ownership, unclear priorities and the gap between knowing what to do and doing it consistently.
Both. I work one-to-one with founders and leaders, and with leadership and revenue teams through structured programmes.
Based in Norway. I work with clients across the Nordics, primarily B2B SaaS and growth companies, in English, Swedish or Norwegian.
