Better Capacity. Better Performance.

Build the capacity to perform.

A good strategy means very little if the organisation doesn't have the capacity to execute it. That's the gap Philip Kerr helps close.

For mature B2B sales organisations — measurable in pipeline, conversion, velocity, revenue and profitability.

Why it matters

You cannot outperform your system

Your results are the sum of the system you operate in. The strategy is right — and yet, somewhere between the plan and the result, it leaks.

What you see

  • Missed targets
  • Inconsistent execution
  • Pipeline problems
  • Low conversion
  • Leadership friction

The waterline

What's underneath

  • Ownership & behaviour
  • Leadership & standards
  • Team environment
  • Energy & capacity
  • Structure & systems
  • Commercial operating model
Fixing the visible symptom rarely holds. The factors underneath are interconnected — human, behavioural, structural and commercial — and that's where the work happens.

If you want different results, you first need a different system. So we work on what you can control: your decisions, behaviours, capacity and systems. The business results follow.

How I work

Performance Capacity™

Performance Capacity describes what it takes for individuals, teams and organisations to keep performing as complexity, uncertainty and pressure increase.

Results emerge from three layers working together: a stable core, trainable capabilities, and an environment that amplifies them — including the commercial system. Revenue Architecture, the operating model for scalable, predictable revenue, lives in that environment. Execution is the outcome. Performance Capacity is the mechanism.

What the framework builds

  • Human capacity
  • Commercial structure
  • Sustainable performance

What I work with

Human performance × commercial performance

Four connected areas, one goal: the capacity to turn strategy into revenue. Not one isolated part of the sales process — the individuals, the team and the commercial environment together.

The commercial impact

Measured where it matters.

Every engagement connects to the same scoreboard:

Increased pipeline

More qualified opportunities from structure and cadence, not heroics.

Higher conversion rates

Execution that holds under pressure wins more of the deals you're in.

Better sales velocity

Shorter cycles through clearer priorities, faster decisions and tighter process.

Increased revenue

A commercial engine that produces predictably, quarter after quarter.

Improved profitability

Sustainable growth — without burning out the people delivering it.

Higher-performing teams

Self-leading individuals and teams that carry the ambition themselves.

Common questions

What people ask before reaching out

Performance Capacity describes what it takes for individuals, teams and organizations to perform at a high level as complexity, uncertainty and pressure increase. It is the philosophy behind all of my work, strongly grounded in performance psychology: a stable core, trainable capabilities, and an environment that supports them.

Revenue Architecture is an operating model for building scalable, predictable revenue: how strategy, process, data and structure fit together across the customer journey. In the Performance Capacity model it lives inside the Systems component of the environment. I hold a Certified Mastership in Revenue Architecture and combine it with performance psychology — the commercial structure and the human capacity to run it.

Performance coaching helps revenue teams build the clarity, ownership and behavioural consistency needed to execute under pressure.

Mature B2B sales organisations with established sales teams: the strategy and the ambition are in place, but turning them into consistent execution and commercial results is the challenge. Inside those organisations I work with CEOs, CROs, sales leaders and their teams.

Sales training teaches skills and process. Performance coaching builds the human capacity to apply those skills consistently when it's hard. Most teams don't have a knowledge gap. They have an execution gap.

Building a scalable sales organisation, executing strategy consistently, unlocking more capacity across people and teams, and growing without burning people out. Under those sit the day-to-day symptoms: inconsistent execution, weak ownership, unclear priorities and the gap between knowing what to do and doing it consistently.

Both. I work one-to-one with founders and leaders, and with leadership and revenue teams through structured programmes.

Based in Norway. I work with clients across the Nordics, primarily B2B SaaS and growth companies, in English, Swedish or Norwegian.
